It's true. The evidence is in. From new research published in Psychology Today to a recent study of more than 3,500 knitters, there is a very real correlation between craft and wellness.
There are now multiple books, blogs, papers and reports pointing to hand-work as a prescription to lift some forms of depression. I won't repeat all the well-researched and quoted results.
But I will add to the chorus of believers.
