I had another treat with this final workshop: Two teenagers taking the workshop with special family members. One with her grandfather; the other with her aunt. Such an honor to be a part of the memories these families are creating!
After the workshop, they left their pieces with me for bisque-firing, clear glazing, and final firing. Below are photos of each participant with work-in-progress and then the final, fired pieces. (I try to get photos of each person's work before packing for shipping or pick-up. The exceptions in this group included two potters who took their work with them to fire in their home studios.)
Please excuse the glare in the images of the final pieces as they are "candid" shots taken without special lighting, etc. The images do not do justice to these pieces. All came out of the kiln looking great!
